Job Description :
Maintains analyzes troubleshoots and repairscomputer systems hardware and computer peripherals.
Documents maintains upgrades orreplaces hardware and software systems.
Supports and maintains user accountinformation including rights security and systems groups.
Trains employeesidentifies analyzes and repairs product failures orders andreplaces parts as needed.
Determines and recommends which products or servicesbest fit the customers needs.
May require an associates degree or its equivalent.Requires at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the field or in arelated area.
Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts practicesand procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplishgoals.
Performs avariety of complicated tasks. Works under general supervision.
Repairing laptops and desktops and printers
Organizationalskills self reliant and customer service skills
