TELCOM is Hiring an E911 Marketing Project Coordinator Near Boca Raton, FL
Job DescriptionIn-office positions available immediately! This is NOT sales or telemarketing - Fixed Hourly - NO Commissions. Telcom is a 35-year old established firm. NO remote work.Job Description: Great pay, bright, hi-tech office with motorized standing desks, free food all day (yes, this is real!), team environment, and long-term growth potential!You will be providing E911 marketing for and project coordination to our very special clients! We manage and transform the telecommunications infrastructure for Senior Housing sites, like Assisted Living Facilities and Nursing Homes, who need to be able to call 911 with no delay. We take care of the staff who take care of your grandma or grandpa! We never go on site, as ALL work is done right from our office in Boca Raton.
Since 2020, Federal Laws, Kari's Law and the Ray Baum Act, dictate compliance with the E911 calling features for all United States business telephone systems (including cloud systems). We focus only on the Senior Housing facilities, and 99.9% aren't compliant, and don't even know they aren't compliant with these Federal Laws! We educate the facility's staff, collect the necessary information, place the orders, test the compliance, and then train the staff to maintain compliance.

Successful Florida-based telecommunications consulting company, founded in 1989, provides high-level telecommunications consulting to large multi-site corporations for voice and data services, specializing in the senior housing industry. We are true consultants and project managers, and we do NOT sell any equipment or carrier services. None of our positions are in sales - no commissions, fixed hourly wages.

Qualifications:
- Excellent video conference presentation and PowerPoint creation skills
- Strong marketing experience including the ability to write messaging for presentations and website content
- Extensive computer knowledge of Word, Excel, internet, emailing, and instant messenger.
- Excellent written communications skills, and a complete command of the English language, using proper grammar and punctuation.
- Formidable compassion for senior safety, combined with a resilient dedication to legal compliance
- An obsession for the details and a thirst for knowledge!
- Optional overtime is available at 1.5 times your hourly wage
