We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about attention to detail, possesses strong problem-solving skills, has a strong knowledge of EXCEL and SAP and understanding of basics of accounting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure receipt and timely processing of telecom invoices.
• Perform direct bill process for wireless devices to individual users.
• Interact with vendors and Eastman contacts (site personnel, Procurement, A/P, etc.) to resolve billing/payment issues.
• Maintain telecom PRs/POs to ensure funding is in place.
• Prepare various financial reports
• Assist with annual budgeting processes – report/analyze daily numbers, develop IT allocation data when needed, etc.
• Prepare cost analysis data for annual IT surveys.

Key Skills/Knowledge

• Strong computer skills in SAP and Excel.
• Understanding of basics of accounting.
• Knowledge of financial, HR, procurement, A/P, and budgeting processes.
• Communication skills.
• Problem solving and investigation skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
