POSITION POSTING: SERVICE COORDINATOR TRAVERSE CITY
As a service coordinator at Tele-Rad you will be responsible for providing customer service in-person and over the phone, as well as data entry, purchasing, completing over the counter transactions, fielding service requests and working with the Service Manager on scheduling technicians and equipment repairs.

Classification: Part-time (30-32 hours per week), non-exempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:00pm
Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Coordination of Radio Repairs
- Service Billing and Data Entry
- Service Scheduling
- Purchasing and Inventory Maintenance
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Capacity to work independently, problem solve, multi-task and prioritize
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Ability and willingness to use Google-based and Microsoft Office products
- Previous experience using various online portals and/or business software programs
- Tele-Rad, and our collaboration with Motorola Solutions, will provide technical training and certification on equipment and products as needed
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation range for this position is $17.00-19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
Tele-Rad offers benefit plans to employees who are regularly scheduled to work 32 or more hours per week. Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk and hear, lift (overhead, waist level) from floor, and frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use.
