DescriptionTelebeez Pro is seeking a customer-focused and professional Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer needs, and providing solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

$36.500 - $47.000 hourly

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Document all call information accurately in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, such as response time, call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and stressful situations with patience and professionalism
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus
