Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer data into the company database accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain data integrity by verifying and updating customer information on a regular basis
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and support various departments as needed
- Follow established data entry processes and protocols to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines in handling sensitive customer information
- Assist in maintaining and organizing physical and electronic files in a systematic and accessible manner
- Take ownership of customer requests and follow through to ensure timely resolution
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data entry tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and customer service principles is a plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
