Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and coordinating all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual setup.
- Collaborate with the Events Manager and team members to develop event concepts, themes, and timelines.
- Create and distribute event invitations, manage guest lists, and handle RSVPs.
- Support on-site event logistics, such as setting up event spaces, coordinating with vendors, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Conduct pre-event and post-event evaluations to measure event success and gather feedback for future improvement.
- Provide administrative support, including managing event budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining event-related documents.
- Assist with promotional activities, such as creating event marketing materials and managing social media presence.
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
