What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Peer Recovery Coach II engages, inspires and facilitates meaningful conversations with members which assist the members to explore, create and meet their own recovery goals.
The PRC II serves to coach and guide other Peer Support professionals in the delivery of peer support services. PRC II provide peer services supervision in collaboration with the clinical supervisor and act as the peer services consultant to program leadership and other staff.
The Peer Recovery Coach II may deliver educational supervision groups on the unique discipline of peer support services and the roles of peer support professionals.
Peer Recovery Coaches II provide consultation to the team to promote and reinforce Telecare’s Recovery Culture as defined by the Telecare Recovery Centered Clinical System (RCCS) in which each member’s point of view and preferences are recognized, understood, respected, and integrated into services and self-help programming.
Additionally, Peer Recovery Coaches respond to critical situations with high-level engagement and de-escalation skills which support a least restrictive environment for members served experiencing an emergency related to a mental health / addiction challenge.

am - : pm Monday-Friday
am - : pm Every Other Saturday and Sunday
Expected starting wage range is $ - $ Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.
Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

As part of the Telecare family, the Merrill Center Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) offers / voluntary treatment to individuals who are suffering a mental health crisis but wish to avoid a locked setting.
This program is located in Fontana, CA. It uses a welcoming, home-like environment to help assess the nature of the crisis, soothe and comfort the individual, and connect them with resources to avoid future crisis.
Services are recovery-oriented, and utilize a multi-disciplinary team approach.
