Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate commercial and government compliant responses to domestic/international RFP/RFI/ROM solicitations.
- Direct and train the pricing team on tools to meet deadlines and milestones while following all internal policies and procedures.
- Create and establish processes and procedures for compliant Basis of Estimates (BOEs) while mapping to the established Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Perform gross margin analyses and what-if pricing scenarios all while working with cross functional teams.
- Utilize SAP to upload pricelists across multiple business units within Teledyne FLIR for SOX compliance.
- Assist with DCAA/DCMA/customer audit inquiries related to pricing.
- Other responsibilities as identified by Manager.
- 7 years of relevant US Government and commercial pricing experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Proficiency with US Government Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) regulations.
- Expert in pricing build-ups and composing Cost Volumes.
- Expert user in Excel and ProPricer.
