The OTE for this role ranges from $150K-$250K!
Requirements:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from building rapport to closing deals.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings (phone and in-person).
- Utilize a CRM system to organize your client pipeline effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous staffing experience is required.
