Are you an experienced account manager with a passion for large accounts and career growth? This is your chance to make a real impact.

The Role:

• Be a key player in Teleskope's growth strategy, driving sales and achieving company goals.
• Manage assigned enterprise accounts, identifying needs and ensuring customer success.
• Build strong relationships with clients (mid-management and executives) to understand their requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and address customer issues.
• Regularly visit key clients to identify platform growth opportunities.
• Track and report on customer account health.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in account management.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for client-facing interactions.
• A history of exceeding sales quotas, particularly in expansion.
• Experience with DEI, employee engagement, learning & development, HR segments, integrations, and customer success (a plus).
• Proficiency with Apollo.io and Google Workspace (a plus).
