TeleSolv Consulting is Hiring a Project Manager Near Fort Worth, TX
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Oversee complex RIM projects.
- Expertise in implementing technical solutions, including software installation, configuration, and associated documentation.
- Proper working knowledge of record-keeping, organization, handling, storage, retrieval, and destruction of records and adhere to internal policies and NARA guidance and requirements.
- Review, synthesize, and prepare highly technical, sensitive, and complex documents, briefing materials, management directives, and correspondence.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with federal and contract staff.
- U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent of eight (8) years of related experience.
- Seven (7) years of project management experience, focusing on RIM projects, including experience with Microsoft Purview Records Management or similar solutions.
- Project Management Institute certification.
- Active Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally, and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data.
- Able to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status and abide by contract/department’s COVID-19 guidance when accessing any facility.
Background Investigation:
This position requires that you obtain a Secret Clearance Suitability Determination from our client. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
