TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Accounts Payable Administrator for our team! This position will be managing Accounts Payable and keeping financial records in a timely and accurate manner. We are looking for a professional who possesses great communication skills and ownership with integrity and high responsibility. Currently we are offering a hybrid work schedule, two days in the office (Chantilly, VA) and three days from home.

Responsibilities:
Managing accounts payable and processing vendor payable invoices using Purchase order application module in the accounting system Certinia
Determine and assign proper general ledger accounts and project codes to all invoices and other requests for payment.
Process travel expense reimbursements and reconciliation of credit card transactions
Electronically routing invoices to department appropriate heads for approval via Certinia or email
Understanding of purchase order matching process and tracking expenses against purchase orders
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental
Processing due invoices for payments, ensuring daily business operations are not affected
Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
Vendor account maintenance, recording journal entries and reconciling books of accounts.
Accounts payable month end closing
Contribute ideas to improve process efficiency.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or related field is strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of excel and excel functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, INDEX)
Accounting background and knowledge
Experience Working In Mid-size Or Larger Company (well-organized Firm)Proficiency with invoicing and vendor management software
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks without losing focus
Skills and Attributes:

Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
Able to meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
