Overview: TELICS is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Right of Way Agent. in Culpeper VA. You will play a crucial role in negotiating and acquiring real property and easements for utility construction projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, has attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Site selections

· Negotiating and acquiring real property

· Secure easements

· Purchase or lease parcels of property

· Secure permitting for expansion of client’s facilities or infrastructures

· Meetings with client and property owners

Requirements:

· High school diploma

· Must pass a background check and drug screening

· Clean driving history

· Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Schedule:

· (Varies) Eight-hour shifts, typically Monday through Friday
