Human Resource Administrator - High Level Responsibilities
- Conducting administrative tasks for the full life cycle of employment within ADP Workforce Now and via excel documentation.
- Engaging with associates to ensure they have everything they need during onboarding and ad hoc as needed.
- Supporting required admin documentation and processes including extensive Microsoft Office excel data requests (formatting, filtering, sum and look-up calculations) and word skills.
- E-filing, scanning and notable administrative tasks and ad hoc support of executive leadership.
- Professional, reliable and consistent in attendance and communication.
- Bachelors and/or Certificate(s) in Human Resources
- HR Work Experience in mid-sized or large business
- Advanced Microsoft Office Excel and Word skills
- Clear written and oral communication skills
- Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now - reporting, imports and data entry
- Compliance oriented - familiar with applicable Federal and State Rules & Regulations
- Organized, adaptable, analytical & efficient
- Independent, self-starter with first time work quality
