Human Resource Administrator - High Level Responsibilities
  • Conducting administrative tasks for the full life cycle of employment within ADP Workforce Now and via excel documentation.
  • Engaging with associates to ensure they have everything they need during onboarding and ad hoc as needed.
  • Supporting required admin documentation and processes including extensive Microsoft Office excel data requests (formatting, filtering, sum and look-up calculations) and word skills.
  • E-filing, scanning and notable administrative tasks and ad hoc support of executive leadership.
  • Professional, reliable and consistent in attendance and communication.
The individual who joins the Telle Tire team will have lots of opportunities to learn different tasks and to engage in a wide spectrum of assignments in a growing organization!Strongly Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelors and/or Certificate(s) in Human Resources
  • HR Work Experience in mid-sized or large business
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Excel and Word skills
  • Clear written and oral communication skills
  • Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now - reporting, imports and data entry
  • Compliance oriented - familiar with applicable Federal and State Rules & Regulations
  • Organized, adaptable, analytical & efficient
  • Independent, self-starter with first time work quality
