SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for employee retention and the employee experience in the region.
Operates and maintains all procedures and processes with corporate assistance.
Maintains the appearance and safety of all locations in the region.
Assist in budget creation for parts and service and monthly projections tracking progress.
Maintains strong working knowledge to assist in training new employees.
Identify new opportunities and develop actionable plans to grow service and parts revenue.
Assist the Region in WIP management and maintain collectable WIP within the business standards.
Responsible for delivering high level customer experience in the region.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
5 years of experience in management; demonstrated experience consistently meeting performance metrics preferred.
Experience in P/L and expense management is required.
Must be able to communicate metrics and goals to the region through a weekly call, store visits and corresponding emails.
Experience operating all basic Microsoft software that would be critical to the role for communication. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must have a strong or quickly gain a strong working knowledge of all business software. (CDK, Target reporting and GL accounts for region)
Must follow and track trend lines of revenue and expenses by location and coach managers on how to run the business.
Experience working cooperatively in a team environment.
Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
