We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Manufacturing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for performing precision soldering tasks, conducting inspections under a microscope and manual assemblies.
This role requires great attention to detail, excellent focus, and a professional attitude. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are preferred for documenting and reporting production data. Experience working in a clean room environment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Operate automated production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
Perform precision soldering tasks with accuracy and precision.
Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect small components.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Document production activities and report any issues to supervisors.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
Handle small parts effectively.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Precision soldering skills and ability to work with small parts.
Experience in operating production machinery is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to perform inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with inspection tools such as microscopes.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
