This position will be based REMOTE.
Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of developers and security professionals to create the next generation of deployable analysis platforms.
• Use operational and analytical experience to provide insight during the development lifecycle.
• Develop and implement comprehensive threat hunting plans, ensuring alignment with organizational security strategy.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of network intelligence and network analysis techniques to improve platform analysis capabilities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) throughout the attack lifecycle.
• Leverage expertise in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) software to configure and implement into analysis platforms.
• Understand bottlenecks hindering cross-functional teams to help develop effective solutions.
• Research and evaluate potential analysis software solutions, identifying viable options and hardware requirements.
• Effectively communicate complex threat intelligence findings to both technical and executive-level stakeholders
• Communicate deployable platform requirements to development teams.
• Maintain a firm grasp of case management concepts to develop a single solution across the platform.

Qualifications

• An active TS/SCI Clearance is required
• 12 years of experience in the Intelligence Community and/or Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.
• 6 years of experience in Threat Hunting including working as a SOC lead, developing threat hunting plans and utilizing case management software.
• Advanced knowledge of current deployable analysis platforms and threat hunting methodologies.
• Ability to articulate recommendations for the development of deployable analysis platforms based on operational and analytical experience.
• In-depth knowledge of network intelligence and network analysis.
• Proven experience in network/host intrusion analysis, digital forensics, handling malware,
• Working knowledge of adversary techniques and progression through the attack lifecycle.
• Experience utilizing/configuring multiple Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) software solutions.
• Strong understanding of computer networking including throughput rates, network flow, and key terrain.
• Ability to research and identify viable analysis software options.
• Ability to specify hardware requirements for analysis software.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in identifying adversary activity and developing advanced security solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex and technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 30% travel is required (Domestic and International)

• Certified Ethical Hacker
• Networking certification such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
