The Business Analyst is a critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams. This role involves analyzing IT systems, understanding business needs, and driving development initiatives using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Bridge the gap between business and IT, translating complex concepts into clear language.
• Understand the team's technical systems and business processes.
• Gather and document user and technical requirements.
• Define project scope and identify potential development iterations.
• Prioritize and manage project backlogs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives).
• Measure and monitor team efficiency.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and deliver expected outcomes.
• Coordinate technical implementation, testing, training, and communication.
• Serve as product ambassador and primary point of contact.
• Troubleshoot issues effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of technical business analysis experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Agile development methodology expertise.
• Technical understanding, preferably in Cloud and Infrastructure.
• Strong facilitation skills.
• Project management experience (preferred).
• Azure DevOps or similar tool proficiency (preferred).
