Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer located in Houston, TX. As a Software Engineer at Tempest Droneworx™, your day-to-day tasks will involve back-end python and LAMP development and software development. You will work on programming projects using object-oriented programming (OOP) principles to create innovative solutions for our Harbinger platform.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Computer Science
- Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Proficiency in programming languages
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with sensor systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivelant experience. A degree is not a requirement.
- MUST BE A US CITIZEN (work authorizations / visas are not accepted due to the defense nature of our clients and products)
