Directs, supervises and evaluates all employees and area functions as assigned in production and tray assembly. Coordinates all food production/service to patients and staff during service times including actual food preparation as needed.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Associates Degree : in Hospitality (Preferred)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
