The Sr. HR Business Partner functions as the primary interface between HR and operational units of the organization. The Business Partner provides consultation and collaboration on a wide variety of HR issues, providing feedback and linkage to the Human Capital Service departments as well as their site's senior leadership team. This position handles multiple departments as part of their portfolio, managing complex employee and labor relations issues on a daily basis.

Bachelors Degree (Required)
Masters Degree (Preferred)
Experience
5 Years experience in an employee or labor relations position (Required)
General Experience in managing grievances (Required)
License/Certifications
PHR - Prof in Human Resources (Preferred)
SPHR - Sr Prof in Human Resources (Preferred)
