Join our dynamic team as a Service Division Assistant where you'll play a crucial role in our operations.

You'll be at the heart of our service coordination efforts, working closely with our Service Division Coordinator and Service Division Manager to ensure seamless scheduling and organization of appointments. This role isn't just about managing schedules; it's about being a pivotal point of contact between our team and our clients, always putting clients first and providing top notch service. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient at multitasking including managing many phone calls and emails each day, and assisting with multi-line phone answering. Must be able to work in an often fast paced environment and have the ability to switch tasks quickly when needed.

This position also handles the leasing of ten residential units and comes with additional commission.
