Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests, assign rooms, and provide them with appropriate information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred (e.g., medical office, dental receptionist)
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software (e.g., Epic, Dentrix)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
