Elevate Fitness Experiences with Tempo
We're seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision and strategy behind our innovative consumer experiences.
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of product, marketing, engineering, design, and content to help our customers form fitness habits and set people on a path to achieve their goals. You will work directly with Sr. Leadership in bringing Product Strategy to life, driving day-to-day execution. You’ll foster a team culture and processes to integrate hardware, software, AI, and content seamlessly to create engaging and rewarding products.
This role is based in San Francisco and has a hybrid schedule (onsite 2 days per week).
Your Mission
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure flawless execution.
- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and performance metrics to continuously enhance our offerings.
- Craft compelling product roadmaps that align with Tempo's strategic objectives and resonate with our fitness-focused community.
- 6 years of Product Management experience, in consumer-centric companies focused on engagement and experiences.
- Direct hands on experience in B2C / D2C products.
- Proven track record of building and executing product roadmaps that drive vision and innovation.
- Experience working with complex, cross-functional projects from ideation to launch.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of user research methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to align diverse teams.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for fitness and a commitment to excellence.
