Maintenance / Porter

Job summary : We are looking for maintenance / custodian / porter candidates to work for several clients. Perform general repairs and general upkeep of facilities.

Job Duties :

• Perform routine maintenance in the building
• Clean and assist with upkeep of the site
• Perform basic repair of drywall, minor painting, light bulb changing, and upkeep of other building fixtures
• Collect trash, and mow and fix lawn
• Clean and sanitize work spaces

Requirements :

• At least one year experience working in a similar role
• Basic handy person skills
• Basic experience handling light hand tools
• The ability to lift 25-50 lbs
