Role Description
The Office Administrator is responsible for managing the development process, including office correspondence, contracts, and research.
They will interact with various professionals involved in the project and analyze reports and surveys. Their primary tasks include obtaining approval for site plans, managing finances and partnerships, coordinating the construction team, and initiating the selling process.
Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities are crucial for this role.
The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the successful execution of development projects.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or administrative assistant
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software programs
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
