Job Description Position Title: Blender Service and Repair Technician
Reports to: Lead SOT Supervisor

Overview: Under the supervision of the SOT Supervisor, performs repairs, calibration and testing on various respiratory medical equipment. Follows SOPs performing analytical work on disassembling and assembling specialty gas blenders. Responsible for performing technical testing and records test results and other data into computerized business system for the documentation of service reports.

Responsibilities

Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance of respiratory medical equipment.

Know and train on the working function of products both existing and new products as they are introduced to the industry.

Plan daily maintenance operations to ensure schedule work, key control, service requests, and turnovers are completed in a timely manner.

Maintain proper inventory levels of components.

Review and Identify components needing replacement or other diagnostic issues with your supervisor

Keep a clean workstation and practices proper safety measures and adhere to company standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Provide professional feedback to internal and external customers.

Cross train in other service line departments

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

High School Diploma and/or equivalent level of education experience

Proficient with hand tools.

Strong work ethic and customer service focus

Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions and service manuals.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to lift 5o pounds.

This is a non-exempt position some overtime may be required.

This is a full-time position may be required to work overtime and travel to customer sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
