The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $151,180 to $278,830 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are also able eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) plan, accrue from 15 up to 25 days of vacation leave per year, up to 10 paid holidays per year, 2 floating holidays and accrue up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits eligibility requirement will be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
- Responsible for the work related to generative model, including but not limited to: large-scale model pre-training, Prompt pre-training, and in-context learning;
- Explore and follow up the cutting-edge technology, seek technical breakthroughs, and promote the improvement and breakthrough in AIGC;
- Explore efficient knowledge embedding and online learning methods of large-scale model;
- Explore prompt engineering and take full advantage of large models.
- PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, and other AI-related fields;
- Proficient in Python, the deep learning framework TensorFlow or PyTorch;
- Rich research and development experiences in large-scale model pre-training;
- Have the self-drive ability to define problems, analyze problems, solve problems;
- Have strong research ability to publish high-quality papers at top conferences in the field of machine learning
