About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing landscape team! No prior experience is necessary - we'll train you!
In this entry-level Crew Member position, you'll work alongside a supportive team to learn the skills and techniques needed to create beautiful outdoor spaces.
What You Will Do:
- Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment.
- Perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and sprinkler installation.
- Eligible drivers will drive and operate trucks safely and responsibly, adhering to all regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Perform pre- and post-trip safety checks of equipment and trailers, including brakes, steering columns, lights, and mirrors, to ensure vehicles are in proper working order and that supporting documentation and reporting are accurately completed. (When applicable)
- Additional duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid Driver’s license with three years of driving history is a plus.
- Dependable and reliable, ready to work.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift at least 20 pounds.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, such as heat and rain.
- Positive Attitude and work ethic
- Follow safety and company policies.
- Able to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- English and Spanish fluency a plus
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate machinery.
- Ability to work outdoors in a wide variety of weather conditions.
- It may require driving between company and customer locations.

Compensation for this position is $17.00 - $20.00 hourly, depending on experience.
