- Strategic Planning: Partner with the General Manager to develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's overall goals and vision.
- Process Optimization: Identify and analyze current business processes, recommending and implementing improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
- Performance Management: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and prepare regular reports for the General Manager. Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
- Quality Control: Oversee and enforce quality standards across all operational areas, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services while optimizing costs.
- Marketing Operations Strategy: develop and implement operational strategies for marketing that drive efficiency and effectiveness and support business goals.
- Technology Management: Analyze, recommend, implement, and optimize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to streamline marketing campaigns and measure performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of successful process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in team building and mentoring.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operations management software.
