*Physical Therapist, Full-Time Days, Position Summary*
* Evaluates, plans, and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy
* Functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment/re-assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning/implementation
*Shift Details:*
* Monday - Friday with ‘on-call‘ rotating weekends
* Day shift starts at 8 am - 4 pm *or* 9 am - 5 pm
*THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST, FULL-TIME DAYS, CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.*
*MINIMUM EDUCATION*:
* Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited Program in Physical Therapy
*PREFERRED EXPERIENCE*:
* Six months of experience preferred
*REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE*:
* Licensure and Registration in Arizona
* CPR Certification
*SPECIAL SKILLS*:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and effectively with patients, families and physicians
