Job Description As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of network and infrastructure projects for Tenet's IT Management and Operations (ITMO) program. You will be leading/managing projects, mapping risks and dependencies, providing executive level updates, driving execution, growing accountability, and generally helping the team thrive. You'll continually improve our delivery process through a commitment to quality and impact. The role is highly cross functional, working with technical, and business teams throughout the organization. Communications to executive and senior level leaders

Scope, plan, implement and deliver technical projects and programs, and collaborate with Program Managers and senior leaders to align with strategic vision and goals
Drive projects cross functionally, build partnerships with other technical towers, and work proactively with business teams to ensure objectives are met
Establish metrics and regular reporting mechanisms for measuring business goals are met
Evaluate solution designs and complex business and technical requirements, and communicate inherent risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners
Support deep dive assessments and ad-hoc data analysis requests
Deliver findings, recommendations and remediation steps for all activities
Skills, Experience & Competencies
Bachelors degree required
PMP or CSPM certification preferred.
3 years of Technical Program Management
Strong organizational skills.
Some technical chops to establish credibility with engineers and get stuff done quickly.
A proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with almost any stakeholder.
Familiar or interest in the following: software development lifecycle (SDLC), project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum).
Ability to support vendor engagements through requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) to identify qualified technology suppliers and negotiate business terms.
Ability to lead projects by setting priorities, measurable objectives, cross-functional dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation and subsequent monitoring with informal authority.
Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships across teams and organizational levels.
Ability to serve as a trusted consultant to internal customers and represent users and customers in every thought and interaction.
Excellent information organization, timeline tracking and communication skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent project management, planning, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a large-scale cloud business.
Able to effectively communicate project concepts and elements with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Leading the end to end delivery of a salesforce projects
Work directly with clients to translate business objectives into technical requirements
Communicate directly with clients and manage implementations and customization projects
Accurately manage scope, risks, and issues during project lifecycle process
Stay up to date with new features and product launches from Salesforce and other technology partners
Lead delivery teams to execute all project implementation phases including project planning, requirements gathering, solution design, development, system and user testing, deployment, training and post go live support
Manage customer relationships and day-to-day interactions & escalations
Define project short and long-term goals, identify success criteria, and coordinate client and delivery resource roles and responsibilities
Drive delivery teams to produce ontime, high quality, scalable and suitable services and deliverables
Own and manage the product backlog and priority of work
Established deployment strategy for implementing salesforce.com changes
Qualifications
6 - 10 years as a strategic PgM of progressively more complex and large scale initiatives
Strong knowledge of financial principles around capital versus expense related to capital vs operating expense required
An industry standard process management certification is required. (College degree of same specialty may be substituted) Example certifications such as
Project Management Institute's Project Management or Agile Professional
Lean Six Sigma
A master's degree in project management, healthcare or computer science is preferred. Related job experience may substituted
Experience in the healthcare industry strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft products such as Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Proficient in Visio or equivalent process mapping tool
Proficient in ServiceNow Project Management or equivalent project management tool
Proficient in Apptio financial management or equivalent financial management tool
