TENICA is looking to hire Readiness Systems Engineer
Job location: Las Cruces, NM
Serve as the coordinator of readiness events

• Develop, maintain, and facilitate site/cross-site readiness management processes for consistent execution of operational readiness events.
• Provide integration expertise and site/cross-site knowledge to assist in readiness event planning.
• Review and coordinate readiness event and transition plans to assess and promote agreement among stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, mission partners, and the Government to determine the time and place for readiness events.
• Facilitate readiness event visitor/attendant needs such as accesses, workspace resources, and site familiarization.
• Obtain or generate, review, compile and distribute content packages in advance of readiness events.
• Inform the Government whether all stakeholder actions have been satisfied in accordance with site processes.
• Confirm and document the satisfaction of entrance and exit criteria in support of readiness events.
• Identify readiness events requiring Independent Review Teams (IRT) and deliver data packages to IRT members as necessary.
• Prepare and promulgate meeting notices, agendas, and minutes for readiness events.
• Pre-brief decision authorities on significant issues to be presented during readiness events.
• Facilitate readiness event proceedings and present briefings on summary topics.
• Review and track action items, decisions, lines, and other outcomes of readiness events.

Requirements:

• Must have TS/SCI with CI poly
• Junior to senior level positions available
