**Job Summary:**
We are currently seeking an Assistant Finance Director to support our finance team in overseeing the financial health of our organization. The Assistant Finance Director will assist in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure the company's financial operations are efficient and effective.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
2. Support the Finance Director in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
3. Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
4. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue to identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.
6. Help in managing audits and compliance with financial regulations.
7. Provide guidance and support to finance team members.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
2. Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
3. Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
4. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
