As a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) you will work closely with licensed Nurses and other team members to meet the needs of our residents and to ensure high quality care is maintained.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provides resident with exceptional activity of daily living care to include vital signs, feeding, toileting, bathing, and oral care.
- Completed documentation accurately, timely and consistently and efficiently follows facility policies and procedures. Participate in the development of an individualized plan of care for assigned residents.
- Documents each treatment provided, refusal of treatment, reason(s) treatment could not be provided and progress notes as required.
- Observes and practices infection control procedures.
- Reports changes in residents to licensed nursing staff.
- Assists other staff as needed.
