Through digital and live experiences, the Tennessee Titans Original Content department curates club, fan, and cultural stories to build meaningful connections. The Producer will be tasked with taking video concepts from ideation to execution to share across multiple distribution platforms. An ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of video production, while being creatively curious and collaborative with all stakeholders. The Producer will excel by reaching new audiences in Nashville and beyond to grow the Tennessee Titans brand, including the promotion of the New Nissan Stadium opening in 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit video content for digital, website, in-venue, TV advertising, Titans House sales center and social media including: New Nissan Stadium advertising, promotions, commercials, helmet-off style features with players, franchises, game day experiences, practice, training camp, workouts, community events, local business spotlights, hype videos, etc.
• Emphasis on business related original content as it comes to advertising, off-the-field, branded, high-end productions
• Produce video content from ideation to execution including specs, storyboards, mood boards, decks, shot lists, and other pre-production elements
• Work closely with project management, photography, and design teams to conceptualize and ideate new innovative storytelling tactics
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for new concepts
• Possess a passion for learning, process, technical skill, as well as innovation and change to be a solutions-oriented creative storyteller
• Contribute to the proper management of filing, archiving, storing, and indexing of footage
• Support the original content team to ensure quality, consistency, and creative flow of the department's overall goals
• Other duties as assigned by Titans' Senior Producer, Original Content

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Filmmaking, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in video creation and production required. Sports experience a plus
• Technical proficiency in cinema-grade production process and workflows including experience with lighting, cinema cameras, color grading, and post-production
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Premiere and After Effects
• Understands the current advertising landscape and how to create branded video content tailored to a specific audience
• Ability to balance creativity and production workload, adaptable to changing business demands
• Motivated, self-starter who works well in a collaborative, team environment
• Available to work non-traditional work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
