Tentek, Inc. is Hiring a System Analyst (JIH5JP00002998) Near Torrance, CA
interdependencies to support best end-to-end digital experience. The analyst will also support the customers and data privacy related priorities.
Responsibilities Include
- Develop and refine complex business requirements and use cases
- Work with the product owner to create user stories with relevant acceptance criteria (i.e the product backlog).
- Ability to write and analyze various advanced programming codes to recommend and make decisions on application requirements and interdependencies.
- Ability to troubleshoot application defects and gaps and triage with the business partners.
- Understand all Honda and Acura products and mobile app functions to support the customer data privacy activities.
- Perform impact analyses to make recommendations.
- In-depth understanding of the business architecture and its relationship to other architectures.
- Map “as-is” and “to-be” process flows.
- Put together test plan and test cases and perform UAT.
- Be subject matter expertise for architects, engineers, developers, and other various technical teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other equivalent work experience.
- 1 to 5 years of application analyst and business analyst experience
- Advanced understanding and ability to manage complex projects
- Advanced ability to test and focus on the quality of deliveries
- Experience with Waterfall/Agile/SCRUM/SAFE delivery methodologies
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Take personal ownership and responsibility for all deliverables
- Ability to create and present materials for leadership to evaluate
