Position: Program FacilitatorOur client is seeking a dynamic Program Facilitator for their Academy of Future Leaders (AFL). This
hybrid role, split between our engaging virtual reality campus and direct in-person interactions,
demands a passionate educator skilled in mentoring and youth development. The ideal candidate
will guide and support a cohort of five students, empowering them with the skills and knowledge
necessary to become the leaders of tomorrow.
Roles And ResponsibilitiesAs the Program Facilitator, your key responsibilities will include:
Hybrid Facilitation
  • Conduct educational sessions both virtually in the VR campus and physically, ensuring a
cohesive learning experience that leverages the best of both environments.
Student Coaching And Mentorship
  • Provide personalized coaching to a dedicated group of five students, fostering their personal,
academic, and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans that address specific developmental needs and
goals of each student.
Curriculum Delivery And Adaptation
  • Effectively deliver the AFL curriculum, adapting teaching methods to suit the virtual and
physical learning environments and the diverse needs of students.
Performance Monitoring And Feedback
  • Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and making
adjustments to educational strategies as needed.
Community Building
  • Create a supportive and collaborative community among students, encouraging peer-to-peer
interaction and learning.
Position Qualification
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire youth in both virtual and
traditional classroom settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on mentorship and student advocacy.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to different contexts and technologies.
Education
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
Additional certification in virtual education or technology-enhanced learning is a plus.
Experience
  • Proven experience in educational settings, with a preference for candidates who have
worked in hybrid (virtual and physical) environments.
  • Experience in coaching or mentoring young individuals, particularly in underprivileged
communities.
