hybrid role, split between our engaging virtual reality campus and direct in-person interactions,
demands a passionate educator skilled in mentoring and youth development. The ideal candidate
will guide and support a cohort of five students, empowering them with the skills and knowledge
necessary to become the leaders of tomorrow.
Roles And ResponsibilitiesAs the Program Facilitator, your key responsibilities will include:
Hybrid Facilitation
- Conduct educational sessions both virtually in the VR campus and physically, ensuring a
Student Coaching And Mentorship
- Provide personalized coaching to a dedicated group of five students, fostering their personal,

Curriculum Delivery And Adaptation

Position Qualification
