The Oracle HCM Cloud Security Administrator is a pivotal technical role responsible for providing expertise in Oracle Fusion security administration. This position requires an in-depth understanding of the Oracle HCM Cloud role-based security model. The successful candidate will serve as a technical authority for our clients information security team, focusing on HCM security governance, user administration, role-based security, HCM data restriction, and documentation.

Responsibilities
Participate in Oracle HCM Cloud-related projects, production support, and testing to ensure solutions meet user requirements.
Ensure compliance with our clients Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) and information security standards and best practices.
Support Oracle HCM Cloud security administration.
Understand and custom-develop various roles within the security console.
Develop auto-provisioning rules and automate user management.
Apply security governance and industry best practices.
Develop security roles for reports and implement restrictions based on folders.
Use HDL/SHDL to manage mass users and user provisioning.
Troubleshoot user HCM security issues.
Create security profiles to restrict data access.
Create data roles and assign security profiles.
Create implementation users and service IDs.
Manage elevated user access and monitoring.
Implement HR Risk management and the Advanced Control modules.
Implement and monitor segregation of duties (SOD) controls.
Implement automated HCM configuration monitoring and transaction monitoring.
Manage internal and external audits and documentation.
Administer security in the IDCS console.
Design security roles for FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse).
Support various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including HR Core, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, Profile Management, and Performance Management.
Gather and analyze data to create functional documentation, including business process flows, requirements documents, test plans, and test scripts.
Test security roles and document results.
Open, manage, and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support.
Utilize Agile software development practices, including SAFe, Scrum, Azure DevOps, Peer Review, GitHub, and CI/CD.
Develop and troubleshoot BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports, interfaces, and workflows.
Leverage Oracle SHDL and HDL capabilities to import data into Oracle Fusion Cloud via OIC.
Adapt to various business or technical specialties as needed.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Visio.
Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
Experience with Oracle quarterly HCM upgrades, enhancements, and improvements.
Proven experience in:
Security governance and industry best practices.
Developing and managing security roles for reports and data access.
Using HDL/SHDL for user management.
Troubleshooting HCM security issues.
Creating and assigning data roles and security profiles.
HR Risk management and Advanced Control module implementation.
Implementing SOD controls and monitoring user activity.
Automated HCM configuration and transaction monitoring.
Managing audits and documentation.
IDCS console administration.
FAW security role design.
Supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Data analysis and functional documentation.
Security role testing and documentation.
Managing Oracle Service Requests.
Agile software development practices.
BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI report development.
Leveraging SHDL and HDL capabilities for data import.
Adapting to business needs.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio proficiency.
