We are looking for a:

Mechanical Development and Validation Engineer

The resource will be involved in:

• Coordinating bench testing with nominated suppliers to fully execute Design Validation Plans activities within the required timeframe
• Working with testing suppliers for debugging and triage of on-going test issues (at the plant or on the vehicles)
• Completing End-of-Test reports
• Supporting activities at gear reducer manufacturing facility and vehicle manufacturing plants
• Support documenting hardware release PRCN/CN/IAA/PER/TSA, maintain EBOM
• Manage and track prototype parts / supply component
• Documentation & Deliverables

Qualifications:

- Understanding of vehicle functions such as transmissions and drivetrain components

- Problem solving

- Proactive, Learning, self-driven, Teamwork oriented.

- High communication skills

- Efficient work under pressure and strategic thinking skills.

- Advanced English

- Good communication with all the internal and external stakeholders
