• Staffing and Training: You’ll recruit, hire, and implement training protocols for your staff to ensure they meet and exceed standard expectations. Your goal is to build a cohesive team that delivers exceptional automotive detailing services.
• Resource Management: Continuously monitor the business climate for each store. Adjust staffing levels, materials, and inventories as needed. Your adaptability ensures smooth operations even in dynamic environments.
• Facilities Maintenance: Maintaining high-quality facilities is crucial. From cleanliness to functionality, you’ll oversee the physical aspects of each location.

Customer-Centric Approach

• Service Quality: Prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring that service/products meet the highest standards. Your commitment to quality is reflected in every interaction.
• Swift Response: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly. Your ability to resolve issues courteously contributes to overall customer loyalty.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
