**Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated Affiliate to join Tephra Solar's Affiliate Program. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, negotiation skills and self motivated. Experience in energy sales, solar sales, and customer service is highly desirable. Redline and adders are negotiable. For qualified Affiliates we provide setters, closers, and set leads.

**Duties:**

- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services

- Negotiate deals with customers to close sales

- Utilize our proprietary software tools to track leads and manage customer interactions

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in Spanish and English languages

- Prior experience in energy sales or solar sales

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to negotiate effectively

- Familiarity with sales software for lead management

- Experience in outside sales is a plus

- Understanding of market dynamics and trends

Pay: $100,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year
