Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Desk Analyst at Terabyte Consulting, LLC located in Morristown, NJ. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to provide top-notch customer support.
