THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

• General office operations of a sales business
• Email and telephone communication with customers (veterinarians and distributors)
• Processing incoming mail and goods
• Processing of orders using quickbooks
• Preparing orders, packaging and shipping
• Supporting activities for the organization of trade fairs and trips
• Occasional travel at home and abroad
• Oversee inventory and ordering supplies

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Honesty and good work ethics
• Education: College degree
• Experience with MS Office programs (Word, Excel etc)
• Experience with accounting
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and motivated

• Organizational skills
• Advantageous but not required

• Experience with social media channels
• Knowledge of the equine industry or equine medicine
