Job description
Terason designs, manufactures and markets portable medical ultrasound systems. Our proprietary system-on-a-chip technology allows. Terason to microminiaturize traditional ultrasound technology to run in a PC environment, while offering the same image quality and processing power as traditional high-end cart-based ultrasound systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line client support for all applications and products.
- Assist clients with needs, requests and issues via telephone or email in a timely manner.
- Analyze computer software and system configurations to identify customer-reported issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Gather required information from clients and escalate issues to other internal resources according to pre-defined process as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly phone and email correspondence
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 7 – 11 and Microsoft Office 365
- At least 2 years of related customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Internet technologies, including network troubleshooting
- Additional technical aptitude (hardware, database, etc.) a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
