Position Overview: The Operations Support Specialist plays a critical role in providing data entry, accounting support, and operational coordination for construction projects. This position is responsible for accurately managing purchase order processing, processing invoices, handling accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, conducting receipt closeouts, and performing analytics with financial statements. The specialist ensures smooth day-to-day operations by entering and tracking data related to project expenses and operational metrics, contributing to the efficient execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase order processing, ensure accuracy and completeness of purchase request.
• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with accounting team to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure financial reporting.

· Ensuring all credit card receipts are accurately coded and submitted to the accounting department

· Auditing purchase orders

· Entering fuel data into Eclipse from Phoenix

Qualifications:

• Valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.
• OSHA 10 certification required after 15 days of employment
• Experience with accounts receivable is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Construction operations experience is a plus
