Woodinville, WA
Full-time, Temporary to Hire, Mon-Fri: 6am-230pm
- Reconcile monthly client billings and report project costs
- Act as liaison between project operations staff, subcontractor’s accounting, and accounting management?
- Support with managing and organizing contracts and other project related documentation
- Enter invoices into computer and process payments
- Ensure all project costs are posted prior to client billings
- Read construction contracts to determine billing deadlines
- Other Day to day support
- 2 years of construction accounting or job cost accounting experience
- Data entry experience
- Proficient with MS Office and accounting software such as Sage, PROCOR, Textura, or GCPay
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
Pay: $26-28/hr depending on experience
