As a Temp-To-Hire CNC Operator, you'll play a crucial role in crafting and assembling precise components using various metal materials for aircraft specifications.

CNC Operator Responsibilities
- Work with hand tools and power tools for 8 hour shifts
- Inspect parts and paperwork for specifications (Ruler, Calipers, Blueprints, Schematics.)
- Trim, file, grind, deburr, and smooth surfaces
- Adhere to production schedules and order specifications
- Operate Machinery - 3 Axis CNC
- At least 1 year of recent longevity in a role
- 1-2 years of 3-Axis CNC Operator experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, and walk as needed
- Familiar with and comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Metal Industry or Aerospace experience preferred
- $19-21/hr
- Monday - Friday, 6:30AM-3:00PM
