A transportation company in Everett is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to add to their team.
This company has been in business for over 40 years. This is a 2-3 month temp opportunity with full-time hours, with the opportunity to go longer for the right person!
Administrative Assistant Duties
- Processing traffic infractions
- Processing invoices & purchase orders
- Reconciling credit card statements
- Managing purchasing requests
- Scheduling and making travel arrangements
- Gathering Information, writing, editing and preparing publications
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Administrative Assistant Qualifications
- 2 years of general administrative experience
- General office practice experience, including correspondence and filing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
